My Father is the reason Behind Me who I am, the reason I am loud and not afraid to mess about every now and again. Seeing and lived with Poverty since the early ages and given the every moment of his life to bring the Shine and Brightness for the unseen future which we are happily living in with all such Inspiration of my Dear Father. He always kept himself in very low cadre with the only dream in eyes to be more and more successful life would be for ours.
I aspire to be just like my Father, caring, kind, thoughtful, positive. I could aspire to do anything that I want but along with that I want to be just like my Father, I want to be as positive as I can be just like him.
He’s my inspiration and role model because he was just so thoughtful and lovely.
I definitly wouldn’t be as strong or as confident as I am today, although I still need to work on that and I’m still learning, I want to say thank you to my Father for everything he has done for me, he goes above and beyond and a lot of people call me lucky for having a Father like him, but truth is, I already know how lucky I am. I love you, I just wanted to show the world how much….

Mr.Shirish Joag is M.Tech (Geo.Tech.) in 1980 from I.I.T. Kanpur with specialization in Geotechnical Engineering with total Experience of 36 years. Working as independent geotechnical consultant since 2001. Projects handled during past are varied, including stability of retaining walls, large diameter piles for Bandra-warli sea link project and ancillary structures, stability and foundation recommendation for deep excavations for Sardar Sarovar Nigam, stability of hill cuts for lake city, writing geotechnical reports for clients.
